This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
- Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
- How long does shipping take?
- I post orders twice a week.
Orders are sent via Australia Post (regular post for Australian customers or Airmail for overseas customers). If you would like to add postal insurance just let me know at the time of placing your order and I will get back to you with a quote.
Once posted, the approximate delivery time for Australian orders is 1 - 3 business days and for International orders is 4 - 7 work days (letter sized orders). If you have a larger parcel sized order then the delivery time will often be a bit longer (in which case I will email and give you an approx delivery time). - What are the care instructions for your fabrics?
- Cold hand wash or gentle machine wash before use. Do not soak or bleach. Line dry without delay. Warm iron on reverse side of fabric. As fabrics are made from natural fibres please allow approx 4% shrinkage the first time they are washed.
